The Core is unable to contact the Rapid Recovery License Portal. The following error is logged in the AppRecovery.log file:

Causa
Most likely the computer certificate the Core uses to authenticate with the License Portal is invalid and needs to be recreated. -
Risoluzione
To resolve this issue, recreate the Core server certificate:
- Stop the Core service.
- Open local computer certificates (certlm.msc).
- Browse to Personal | Certificates.
- Delete the certificate which contains the host name of the core.
- Start the core service
After the core service is started it will contact the License Portal. If it is successful you will see a succeeded status on the Licensing section of the Core Settings page.
