Can't access Server Settings page. WebUI shows a spinning wheel when "Change Settings" is selected.
Descrizione

When "Change Settings" is clicked on the selection pane of the Web User Interface (WebUI), the NetVault logo will continuously spin on the middle of the screen. Nothing else is displayed afterward.
Causa

Plug-in for SQL Server is installed on the NetVault Server.
Risoluzione
The plug-in for SQL Server is intended to be installed on a NetVault Client running the Microsoft SQL Server that required to be backed up. It is unnecessary to install the plug-in on the NetVault Server. To re-enable access to the NetVault Server Setting web page, remove the plug-in:
1. From the left navigation pane, select "Manage Clients".
2. From the "NetVault Backup Clients" list, select the NetVault Server and press the [📝Manage] button.
3. On the "Installed Software" table, locate the "Plug-in for SQL Server" and highlight it. Press the [-] button to remove it.
If the NetVault Server is also running an instance of Microsoft SQL Server that need to be protected, the options that appears on the NetVault Server Setting web page can be altered using the command line interface by running the txtconfig application.
