Work Around:
You can update the postgres password in pgdb.cfg by using following command -
1. nvpgdbpasswd store <password>
2. Use the password supplied for postgres during installation of netvault.
3. Start the netvault service.

**Before updating the superuser password, you must stop the NetVault Backup Service.
