No, CMN does not support encrypted invitation from Notes to Outlook.
From CMN 3.0.0.69 and later version, The CMN Mail Connector now detects and does not deliver an encrypted calendar invitation from Notes to Exchange. The Mail Connector "friendly bounces" the invitation to the sender with an explanation that the invitation could not be sent because Outlook cannot process an encrypted invitation.
