Issue
For this error:
"Unable to add license to CMT: Exception processing licenseString was not recognized as a valid DateTime"
Solution
Make sure the entire license key provided is copied and pasted into the License Key prompt window. If you still receive an error, confirm your migration OS environment, (including SQL server) are in US Regional setting.
