The unwanted URL on the WebMonitor dashboard can be removed by removing the historical data from the "Data Management" dashboard under: 

• Foglight4Model -> host -> Agents -> WebMonitor Agent -> Tables ->  Page Stats
• Foglight4Model -> host -> Agents -> WebMonitor Agent -> Tables ->  Server Stats
