A scheduled task hangs and does not complete. Its status remains as "Running". Task completes successfully when started manually.
Scheduler starts Toad, however, the Legacy Connection dialogue box opens and awaits for user input. Therefore, task appears to be hanging.
Restart Toad and at startup there will a Legacy Connection dialogue box. Check "Do not import legacy connections on startup" and hit OK. Close and reopen Toad to retest the scheduled task.
