Error: The UPDATE statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint (4047947)

This is caused by inadequate user role permissions with the user used to connect Virtual Center to vRanger DPP

The specific privileges required for the VC role to which the user is assigned should include the following:

For Example this would be used in conjunction with the VCB Backup user role.

# Global -> Log Event
# Virtual Machine -> Configuration -> Rename

If you use Administrator you will not have this error.
