Description
Fail to open repository using Repository viewer with error "The endpoint format is invalid".
The repository is able to open using the Legacy Repository Viewer. Check SOL65859, "Opening the Repository Viewer error: "The endpoint format is invalid. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706AA)" and verified the InTrust service is running and the SCP information is correct.

Cause
This is due to the account opening the repository do not have permission on the Repository.

Resolution
Please make sure the account has full permissions on the Repository. The account needs to have at least "Read" and "Modify" permission on the Repository.
