When deploying agents after changing the agent install path, the following error is received.
"Cannot install the agent on 'servername.com' because of an error. Error text: Cannot lock agent installation (The network name cannot be found. (Win32 error: 67))."
The agent install path entered was mistyped or is not a valid share directory.
1. Correct the "Agent_InstallShare" value to reflect a valid share name in Parameters (right-click on "Quest InTrust Manager" in the InTrust Manager | select "Properties..." | select the "Parameters" tab).
2. Open Services.msc from the Start menu , "Run..." command.
3. Stop the "Quest InTrust Server" service.
4. Start the "Quest InTrust Real-Time Monitoring Server" service. (step3 and 4 will effectively restart all the InTrust services).
