Description
During InTrust start-up on 2008 OS or later the InTrust log may contain the following:

Description: InTrust Server cannot register endpoints in RPC Name Service. Error code 0x800706e4. Error text: The requested operation is not supported. -
Cause
When InTrust is installed on 2003 OS it creates additional entry in System/RPCServices/. This is no longer supported or required on 2008.

Resolution
The warning is benign and should pose no ill effect. InTrust now registers service connection point (SCP) information under domain partition in System/Quest InTrust/. InTrust Manager used elsewhere can detect InTrust server locations here. You can also point to the InTrust hostname directly if needed.
