Is it possible in Knowledge Portal produce .csv reports in a different encoding other than Unicod (4289440)

When creating a .csv report with the Knowledge Portal,  the default encoding is in Unicode. Opening the .csv with the Japanese version of Microsoft Excel by double clicking on the .csv file,  each line in the .csv report populates only the first  column in Excel, rather than  each column.

The Japanese version of Excel opens .csv files with S-JIS encoding by default. When the .csv file is in different encoding scheme, the characters set does not match S-JIS, so the above issue occurs.

Is it possible in Knowledge Portal produce .csv reports in a different encoding (ie. S-JIS) other than Unicode?
