Issue
When going through the installation of Notes Integration, you will be prompted to select a service/domain account in order to allow the service to communicate with the SQL server. This prompt occurs after selecting the SQL server and BTCodex database for your environment. When attempting to select the service/domain account from your environment, you may receive an error that states "Unable to locate server". You may also only be able to select the current server from the list of servers.
Solution
If you are unable to select a service/domain account from your AD environment, select a local account from the current machine that has administrative rights. This should allow you to successfully complete the installation. After the installation is complete, reboot the server. When the server is back online, go to 'Services' on the server and find the BinaryTree Dirsync service. Right click and select Properties. Go to the 'Log-On' tab. Delete the information for the location service account and add the appropriate service/domain account for your environment. Save the changes, then start-up the service.
