BTAvailability verification test to lookup freebusy for Exchange Online users failed with the message "Call failed to the Exchange Web Services for - GetUserAvailability".
The logs will have details on the error like below:

For modern authentication, you will need to have a licensed account, user with mailbox, to perform the freebusy lookup.
