Backups are failing where customers have not regranted consent to their tenants with new permissions added November 30th 2023.
A notification email was sent to all customers on December 1st, 2023 advising them to regrant consent and we did this ahead of this new feature to try avoiding this situation.
Unfortunately, many customers still haven't regranted.
Backups will continue failing until this has been completed.
