Error during restore "SOAP Operation failed with error: Current user does not have permissions to make this call"
Description

The restore fails and the below event occurs in the Events tab:
"SOAP Operation failed with error: Current user does not have permissions to make this call"
Cause

This can occur if the interactive token obtained when granting consent has expired.
Resolution
1. Connect to https://quest-on-demand.com
2. Click on Tenants on the left hand side
3. Click Go for the active Tenant
4. For the Recovery for Azure Active Directory click Regrant Consent
By default the token expires in 90 days, this can be configured in Azure:
