Delegated role (link gpo) to a group does not work; access denied error.
Description

If you attempt to delegate a role (eg. LINK GPO) to a group instead of a user in GPOADMIN, when that delegated account tries to perform the link operation, an "Access Denied" error will appear.
Resolution

Defect ID TF00190425 has been resolved in version 5.5 of GPOADmin. Please upgrade the product to resolve this issue.
