Description
When attempting to register a GPO, it errors out displaying this message:
Register (LIB-DefaultDivisionPolicy) Error backing up object. Cause
GPOADMIN is likely installed on a Windows Server 2003 machine, while the GPO that is being backed up was edited or created on a Windows Server 2008 or Windows 7 computer. GPO settings are not backwards compatible and this will happen even using native tools.

Resolution
Please ensure GPOADMIN is installed on a Windows 2008 or Windows 2008 R2 server before attempting to register any GPO that was created or modified using the Group Policy Object tool of Windows Server 2008 or Windows 7.
