Crash during configuration when setting Administrators / Users of GPOADmin.
Description

In the GPOADmin console, reconfigure the Version Control server and attempt to configure to use a newly created SQL database.

When arriving on the select Administrators / Users page, the page briefly appears, then the configuration wizard crashes without allowing the configuration to complete.
Resolution

Defect ID: 621909 It will be fixed in the next release

Workaround: Downgrade to 5.21 Update 1 (This only affects Update 2)
