VCR Migration from AD LDS to SQL failing with error "ERROR: The transaction is either not associated with the current connection or has been completed."
Description

When attempting to migrate the Version Control Root from AD LDS to SQL, the operation may fail with the following error message:

"Migration Failed. ERROR: The transaction is either not associated with the current connection or has been completed. "
Resolution

This is a known issue on GPOADmin 5.21 that may affect the migration process under certain conditions.

This issue has been resolved in Update 2 for GPOADmin 5.21.
