It's not possible to generate Differenced Report when UntrustedCert_Kitty_GPOADminIssue.cer is added to the following location:
Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Public Key Policies > Untrusted Certificates
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new policy (or use an existing one).
2. Import UntrustedCert_Kitty_GPOADminIssue.cer into the Untrusted Certificates store.
3. Deploy the policy.
4. Right-click the policy and select Reports > Differences.

We have verified the defect and found that it is caused by the single apostrophe in the name in the "Issued To" field of the certificate. As this is then written into the backup.xml we then encounter a parsing error on the single apostrophe when parsing the xml.
We have created a defect to have this resolved in a future release of GPOADmin.
