Event ID 500 : The GPOADmin server is not configured -
Description
GPOADmin is not prompting for configuration after the fresh installation on secondary server in different site. It is throwing Event ID 500 : The GPOADmin server is not configured error in event viewer.

Resolution
GPOAdmin installation was made using a Group Managed Service Account (gMSA), which does not support Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) access.
The problem was fixed after logging in with an Enterprise Administrator account for the first time.
