When attempting to set Advanced Security on a GPO, the following error is displayed: Unable to set Advanced Security on this GPO Unable to load DLL 'GPOADmin.AclEditor.dll': The specified module could not be found.

Resolution
This error can occur when there are missing Visual Studio run-time files.
Refer to Microsoft KB Article ID: 48145 to download “Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015”.
Install this Visual C++ Redistributable on servers that run GPOAdmin.
Note: The Visual C++ Redistributable Packages install run-time components that are required to run C++ applications built using Visual Studio 2015.
