You receive the following messages during a new GPOADmin database creation:
Msg 313, Level 16, State 2, Procedure BulkGetItemsWithSecurity, Line 17 [Batch Start Line 2552] An insufficient number of arguments were supplied for the procedure or function dbo.GetRightsForItem.
Msg 313, Level 16, State 2, Procedure BulkGetItemsWithSecurity_Deleted, Line 17 [Batch Start Line 2592] An insufficient number of arguments were supplied for the procedure or function dbo.GetRightsForItem.
Msg 313, Level 16, State 2, Procedure BulkGetItemsWithSecurity_DeletedCompliantStatus, Line 21 [Batch Start Line 2632] An insufficient number of arguments were supplied for the procedure or function dbo.GetRightsForItem.
Msg 313, Level 16, State 2, Procedure BulkGetItemsWithSecurity_DeletedCompliantStatus, Line 39 [Batch Start Line 2632] An insufficient number of arguments were supplied for the procedure or function dbo.GetRightsForItem.
Msg 313, Level 16, State 2, Procedure BulkGetItemsWithSecurityByTypeAndDomain, Line 22 [Batch Start Line 2899] An insufficient number of arguments were supplied for the procedure or function dbo.GetRightsForItem.

These errors can be safely ignored, as long as they are not accompanied by any other errors.
Upgrading to 5.13.5 or later will also clear out these messages during database creation, as the script references are now fully removed.
