GPOADmin Users and Administrators were not migrated
Description
After migration from AD or AD LDS to SQL, there are no users or administrators listed in GPOADmin. Observing the migration log shows that these were already migrated, and skips this step.
Cause
GPOADmin 5.16 adds state tracking to the source configuration store (AD or AD LDS) during migration. This will get set if a test migration to, for example, a temporary database was performed.
Resolution
GPOADmin 5.16 also introduces the /R switch, to re-migrate anything that may have been marked as migrated already. To just re-migrate the users and administrators, run the following command:
