Description
After upgrading to version 5.16, the watcher service is no longer detecting any un-authorized changes.
Upon restarting the watcher service, the GPOADmin Event Log has the following entry - Log Name: GPOADmin Source: GPOADmin Date:

Cause
If using an SQL configuration store, this is a known issue where the value for "IsAzure" is not set correctly in the Domains table, causing the Watcher service's query for managed domains to fail.

Resolution
Run the below SQL on the database after upgrade to 5.16
SQL Query: UPDATE [GPOADminDatabaseName].[dbo].[Domains] set [IsAzure] = 0 where [IsAzure] IS NULL
