Live environment for cross forest/domain no longer visible after upgrading to version 5.11 or later. -
Description
Prior to upgrading to 5.11, all forests in the live environment were listed in the GPOADmin console, after the upgrade only the forest that the logged on user is in is listed in the console. -
Resolution
Additional refined security has been added to the live environment section of the GPOADmin client in version 5.11. Access to another forest will need to be granted for users who are not members of the domain users group in the remote forest. For more information on this change, please see the below section of the release notes:
