Does the service account have to be used to install GPOAdmin? -

The documentation states to logon with the service account and install GPOAdmin. Is this a requirement? -
Resolution
It is not required to logon with the service account and install GPOAdmin, however it is recommended. If it is not possible to install as the service account, ensure you assign the service account the necessary permissions as per the following KB article:

The account that GPOAdmin is installed as should be a local Administrator on the GPOAdmin server. The account also needs to be a member of the Domain Admins group, preferably a member of the Enterprise Admins group.
