Starting May 5, 2026, Quest Trusted Data Management Platform (or QTDMP) subscriptions will be activated using serial numbers. This article walks you through, step by step, how to add a new subscription to an Quest Trusted Data Management Platform (or QTDMP) Organization using this new serial number.

Before you begin make sure you have:
-    Access to your Quest Trusted Data Management Platform (or QTDMP) Organization
-    The serial number from your welcome email
    If you did not receive the email containing your serial number, contact the license owner and request that the serial number be forwarded to you. Alternatively, your Quest sales representative is available to assist you in retrieving your serial number. How to Add a Subscription to an Quest Trusted Data Management Platform (or QTDMP) Organization

Step 1: Sign in to Quest Trusted Data Management Platform (or QTDMP)

• • Go to the Quest Trusted Data Management Platform (or QTDMP) portal via https://data.quest.com//
  • Sign in with your existing account credentials.

Step 2: Select your Organization

• • Choose the Quest Trusted Data Management Platform (or QTDMP) Organization where you want to add the subscription.

Step 3: Open Subscription Management

• • Navigate to Subscriptions in the organization settings.
  • Select the option to Add Subscription.

Step 4: Enter the Serial Number

• • In the Serial Number flyout, paste the serial number from your welcome email.

• • You can confirm the subscription information by clicking the "Show Details" option.
  • Click Add to attach the Serial Number to this organization.

Step 5: Activation Process

The subscription is immediately available in the selected organization and will appear on the subscription page.

Step 6: Email Notification

The license owner (End User Contact from the quote) receives a confirmation email when the license is attached to a new organization in Quest Trusted Data Management Platform (or QTDMP).
