In the Object Palette, when tables are selected only the schema name is shown over and over:

Views and Synonyms work correctly. Whichever db I connect to, the Object Palette | Table will just show the owner name repeating and not the table names. However, in the Schema browser, the table will gets displayed fine.

Please try the following step to Rename the Toad 11 folder to reset everything back to default:
1) Fully Exit Toad
2) Go to:
XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\<YOUR_USER>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\
-or-
Vista and 7:
C:\Users\<YOUR_USER>\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\
3) Rename the “11.0” folder to “11.0_OLD”
4) Start Toad
5) When prompted to Copy Previous Toad user files, do NOT copy any previous settings (choose “Perform a Clean Install”).
6) Start Toad again and re-test the issue.
