RESOLUTION
The macros are by default in C:\Users\YOUR USER\Documents\Toad Data Modeler\Standard Installation\Packages\{DCB5CB9B-CF65-4350-86B5-285D246FC5AC}
Please copy the My Package file from the old computer to the same location in the new computer.
