What is the right CSR report to know the migration approver ?
Description

We have workflow that goes for relevant personnel for approval before migration. The need is to have a report for a status of the CSRs that have been approved by a particular person. For example the manager was trying to approve the CSR for migration for his phone and he got the undeliver mail back. Looks like the workflow status got auto advanced and this must mean that the system received the approval. What is the right rep[ort to run and be sure that these CSR got approved to confirm.
Résolution

From Reports | Approvals there are the following:
- CSR Workflow Approvals
- User Approval, you can run it for APPROVER_NAME to see all the approvals made by him.
- Migration Approvals by Env should work as soon you will have any Pending approval.
- Migration Approvals by Approval status also should work as soon you will have any Pending approval because it is the same of 'by Env' but ordered differently.
- Migration Hist with Approval History. It is reading historical issue for CSR.
For the this specific purpose the 'User Approval' report should be the right report to run.
