The information data retrieved by the History Tab are based on the view CSR_HISTORY_VW1. It's based on tables CSR_QUEUE_HIST, STAT_HISTORY_RECORD_TYPE and QUEQUE. Tool software like Toad gives the possibility to browser the database schema. Of course, any DML on it by back-end has high risk to corrupt STAT system without the guidance of the Stat support.
