ODMAD: Error "Network error retrieving devices" when trying to run actions for multiple devices (4382387)

When to run actions for multiple devices (reacl, cutover, etc.) you are seeing the "Network error retrieving devices" error:

There are two known scenarios that can trigger this error:

• If a column sort is applied in the devices list prior to selecting devices and running an action, the resulting action may not execute against the expected devices. This is a known issue that is currently being investigated.
• One or more devices selected have already their cutover status set as completed. 

Scenario 1: Sorting applied before device selection.

• Remove any active column sorting from the devices list before selecting devices and running the action.
• If the issue persists, close and reopen the browser, then retry.

Scenario 2:  Entra ID cutover already completed.

• Actions cannot be performed on devices that have already completed the Entra ID cutover stage. Review your device selection, unselect any devices showing the Entra ID Cutover Completed status, and retry the action.
