KPIs not updating the Monitor Replicator page (4343435)

Symptom

One of the following issues is encountered:

• KPI’s last synchronization is outdated
• The local farms have incorrect timestamps and statuses are not updated

After upgrading Replicator in the SharePoint environment, the KPI table in the administrative farm's SQL database becomes old.

Do the following:

1. On the SQL server that house the SharePoint Configuration database, open SQL Server Management Studio and run the SQL query below on the replicator configuration database to remove the KPI sets: (The replicator configuration database will be named the same as your SharePoint Configuration Database with "_Syntergy" appended to the name)

   DELETE FROM [SP13_Configuration_Syntergy] . [DBO] . [KPISets];
   

2. Run the Replicator Management Shell as an administrator, then run the PowerShell commands below to clear and set the administrative farm settings:

   Clear-ReplicatorAdministrativeFarmSettings
   Set-ReplicatorAdministrativeFarmSettings -Url '<http(s)://administrative_server_url>:port
