Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.0 Local Policy Violation - domainblk
The below mentioned error message is seen in the Change Auditor Coordinator logs when an alert is created with an email address of a unknown domain, and it doesn't belong to an exisiting domain. So, the email address must be corrected.
