Azure SQL and PostgreSQL missing from Manage SQL PI Repositories page (4380737)

The Manage SQL PI Repositories dashboard is missing columns for PostgreSQL and Azure SQL. This prevents users from being to update the SQL PI repository passwords from within the UI and may cause a lockout of the account in AD due to mismatched passwords.

Messages like the following can be found in the FMS log and the database agent logs

Login failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Integrated authentication. ClientConnectionId:7d53c9b7-cd7e-496d-bf57-66e8020bf284
Error Code: 18452
SQL State: S0001

Workaround

For Azure SQL agents

1. Disable the SQL PI extension all Azure SQL database agents.
2. Delete the DB_Azure_SPI_Repository agent
3. Select one or more Azure SQL agents from the Global View databases dashboard
4. Add the SQL PI extension to the selected Azure SQL agents 

For PostgreSQL PI agents

1. Disable the SQL PI extension all PostgreSQL database agents.
2. Delete the DB_Postgres_SPI_Repository and DB_PostgreSQL_PI agents
3. Select one or mote of the PostgreSQL agents from the Global View databases dashboard
4. Add the SQL PI extension to the selected PostrgreSQL agents

Status

Two Enhancement Requests were added to Foglight to include Azure SQL and PostrgreSQL agents in the Manage Repositories dashboard.

• Enhancement Request FOG-8191 was added to the 7.3.0 and higher releases of the SPIRepository cartridges (included with the PostgreSQL PI cartridge 7.3.0.10).  
• Enhancement Request FOG-9947 was added to the 8.0.0 and higher releases of the SPIRepository cartridges (included with the Azure SQL 8.0.0.10 cartridge).
