Description

Getting the below error message when opening an attachment .msg that also contain and archived (stubbed):
ERROR Error restoring part 1 (IPM.Note.AfterMail:FW: Blackstone and Redbank Plain...): Microsoft Outlook: Error -2147024891: You don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation.
Cause

Internet Explorer was configured to prompt for credentials when connecting to servers requiring authentication.
Résolution
WORKAROUND:
Modifying the settings or Authenticate Archive Manager using the web site.
To configure IE to prompt for credentials for Trusted Sites:
- Open Internet Explorer
- From the Tools menu, click Internet Options
- Select the Security tab
- Click the Trusted Sites Web content zone
- Click the Custom level button
- From the list of settings, scroll to the end and select the button beside Prompt for user name and password
- Click OK
- Click OK to close the Internet Options window
STATUS:
- Waiting for a fix in the future release of Archive Manager
