Jump Search does not function after installing Toad with internet restrictions (RESTRICTIONS=i)
Description

Toad is installed with RESTRICTIONS=i switch to disable access to the internet within the product. The 'Jump Search' tool in the toolbar is completely disabled. The capability, to search within the Toad application itself (e.g. searching 'Export'), should not be disabled when internet is restricted.
