Verify in Active Directory Users and Computers that the user account is not a member of the Domain Admins or local Administrators group by checking the user's profile. In some cases, the user account may only have the Domain Users group listed in the Member Of tab. However, it is possible for the Domain Users group to be a member of the Domain Admins or local Administrators group. In other circumstances, the Builtin Users group, which is a member of Domain Users, was a part of the local Administrators group which would also cause the message to appear.
