When the Computer Management Profile should be utilized instead of User Management Profile.
Any elements being run from Desktop Authority that either require user interaction, or that create output to the screen, should not be set to launch as a computer based management setting. The reason is because the computer based management settings were designed to run independently of a user session and there is not a method available to handle the output if a user session is not active.
Therefore, any such settings (that either require user interaction or that produce output to the screen) should be set in user based management since there will always be a user session active in which to accept user interaction or to display the output.
If the Application Launcher or MSI Package element requires user interaction, create it using a User Management profile.
