You are unable connect to port 8960 on Domino server running QCALCON. Telnet to port 1352 is established.. The Windows Firewall is disabled and already added an allow rule.
QCALCON is running in "Show tasks" on the Domino server.Telnet to the port locally on the Domino server is failed. Running NetStat, you could see that the server does not have listening port open on 8960.
Is there any reason that you can see QCALCON runing but not listening?
1- Add a net.tcp binding to port 8961 on the IIS Manager installed on the CMN FreeBusy Server
2- Verify net.tcp is bound to Port 8960 that the binding for Port 8961 appears first
