Unable to sort by Title, Status or Priority with custom view in All Queues
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Service Desk | Configuration | Queue Configuration
2. Create a custom layout ticket field, Not Required and Owners Only – Hidden from Users
3. Create a ticket custom field with a single select, (yes,no)
4. Create a custom view filtering the custom field default word "Test".
5.Click Service Desk | Tickets | Tickets | All Queues |Select Custom View
6. Once the custom view is created try to sort by Status, Title or Priority and you will receive a red banner " There was an error retrieving data for this page"
7. Sort does work for other fields
Expected Results:
Being able to sort by Title, Status or Priority in All Queues when using a custom view
Actual Results:
Receive a red banner
