When running BlackBerry User activity reports from the MessageStats reports console, only a few users are returned in the report. This number of users is far smaller than the total number of users with blackberry devices.
When the Blackberry report pack gathers its data it will gather all data up until the time of the gathering. This can cause incomplete data to display in the report if the gatherings run past midnight the night before and the date filter selected when running the report is set to "Most Recent"
Workaround:
When reporting on user activity for the previous day it is recommended to use the date filter of "Yesterday" rather than "Most Recent'
