I have the “Show buttons for current connection” option selected and have colors set up for each of my connections. If I do a single object compare, when I click from one connection to the other the "File Differences" window stays visible for each connection I select, even though it is still outlined with the connection color that I did the object compare with. It looks like, even though the "File Differences" window gets assign a connection color, it does not get associated with specific connection because it appears for each one. I do not think this is consistant with how other windows work.
