When one of two keys expires, will I still be able to use Toad?
Description

Under Help | Licensing, there are two licenses; one expiring this month and one expiring later. When the first license expires, will Toad continue to function normally?
Résolution

When the first license key expires, Toad for SQL Server will still work fine with no interruption. The licence will roll over to the next valid license that is registered within Toad.

Verify if the key is properly registered withing Toad, under Help | Licensing. Both keys can be registered at the same time.

If prompted for a key after one expires, just register the new key manually at that time.
Informations supplémentaires

This applies to multiple versions of Toad for SQL Server. Note, depending on the type of license key, there could be some change in features. The features enabled in Toad are based off the key. If the keys are different, then different features could be enabled or disabled. Example: If the key that expires is an Xpert key and the one left is a Professional key, then the Xpert features will no longer be available. Only the Professional features will be there.
