How can I determine which version of LiteSpeed has been installed, LiteSpeed for SQL Server, LiteSpeed Developer Edition, LiteSpeed for SQL Server Enterprise, or SQL Server Express?
Several versions of LiteSpeed are now available.
The outputs below may be generated in SQL Server Query Analyzer by running xp_sqllitespeed_version, or by right-clicking on the server/instance and selecting License Info. In Enterprise Console, Help | About will display simply the version number.

Product version may be determined by right-clicking on the C:\Program Files\Imceda\LiteSpeed\SQL Server\Engine\SQLLiteSpeed.exe and viewing the Product Version under the Version tab of Properties (see attached screenshot). Or in Enterprise Console, click Help | About. LiteSpeed version number displays in the Server Details portion of the Task Pad in Enterprise Console.
For LiteSpeed 4.0x, 4.5x, 4.6x & 4.7x
1. LiteSpeed does support SQL Server 2000 and 2005 Developer Editions, SQL Server 2000 Desktop Edition, SQL Server 2005 Express Edition.
2. SQL Server 7.0 does supported with LiteSpeed for SQL Server, LiteSpeed for SQL Server Enterprise and LiteSpeed for SQL Server Express.
3. SQL Server 7.0 does not support the LiteSpeed Developer Edition.
4. SQL Server 7.0 does not support LiteSpeed version 4.7
