Description: NetVault cannot connect to Linux client
Symptoms: While trying to add a Linux client, you get the error "unable to contact NetVault on machine 'xxx'"
1. Try to ping the affected machine -> If not, check to ensure that that
machine is correctly connected to the network.
2. Try NSLOOKUP to the machine by IP address and hostname. -> Does it resolve correctly? If not, reconfigure your DNS server, or host files.
3. Is iptables configured on that machine? If so, disable it or include ports 20031-20061 and configure the firewall tab in NetVault.
4. In client management set the client to outside firewall.
