Windows Pop-up Message doesn't appear when NetVault Notification is configured.
Symptoms:
Windows Pop-up Notification doesn't work when NetVault triggers an event through a Notification Profile (Access Control or Global Notification).
Cause:
The Windows Messenger service isn't started.
Messenger service is disabled at default on Windows 2003/XP environment. Please start the service from "Administrative Tools" -> "Services".
