The troubleshooting, the counts for "Number of Virtual Clients" and "Number of Real Clients" may be needed to determine current licensing capabilities and can only be found on this tab.
There are a couple of ways to view this info. One is to run the canned report "Server License - Usage and Capabilities". The other way to view this information is detailed in this KB article.
How to Navigate to the NetVault License Capabilities Tab:
1. On the NetVault Server, open the NetVault GUI
2. Click on the Administration link at the top of the GUI, then choose Domain Management
3. Under the left-side list of Controlled Servers, right-click on your NetVault Server and choose "Properties"
4. On the Server Properties window, click on the " Capabilities" tab
5. Displayed on the Capabilities tab, you will see the various licenses currently registered on your NetVault Server
6. Under "Key Capabilities" you should see information such as license counts for both "Number of Virtual Clients", "Number of Real Clients"
